Terms

Terms of use

The ground rules for using this website, its content and its free resources.

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover your use of sweetspot.agency. “Sweetspot”, “we” and “us” mean the team that runs this website. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

Using this website

You’re welcome to browse the site, read our articles and case studies, book a call and contact us. Please don’t:

  • try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the site or the services behind it;
  • copy the site’s content in bulk, for example with automated scraping;
  • use our forms to send spam or anything unlawful.

Our content

The text, illustrations, case studies, articles and the Positioning Checklist on this site belong to Sweetspot or to the clients who let us feature their work. You can share links to any page and quote short passages as long as you credit Sweetspot. Please don’t republish, resell or pass off our content as your own.

The Positioning Checklist is free to download and use within your own business.

Case studies and results

Our before-and-after examples and testimonials are real and shared with our clients’ permission. Every business is different, so they show what we’ve done for others, not a promise of the same results for you.

Booking a call or a sprint

Booking a call through this website doesn’t commit you or us to any work. If we work together on a sprint, a separate written agreement sets out the scope, price and terms, and that agreement takes priority over these terms.

Other services and links

Call bookings are handled by Calendly, and some pages link to our clients’ websites and other sites. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we’re not responsible for their content or how they work.

No guarantees

We keep this site accurate and running, but we provide it “as is”. Our articles and resources are general guidance, not advice for your specific situation, and the site may sometimes be unavailable or contain mistakes.

Liability

As far as the law allows, Sweetspot isn’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss that comes from using this website or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can’t be limited by law.

Your privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this site and how we use it.

Changes and questions

If we update these terms, we’ll change this page and the date at the top. If you have a question about them, send us a message through our contact page.
