This policy covers sweetspot.agency. “Sweetspot”, “we” and “us” mean the team that runs this website. We only collect what we need to reply to you and run our sprints, and we never sell your information.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form: your name, email, company, position and message.
- Reserve your sprint form: your name, company, email and a short description of your positioning problem.
- Positioning Checklist download: your name, email and, if you add it, your website.
- Call bookings: when you book a call on our Reserve or Strategy Call pages, the booking is made through Calendly. Calendly collects the details you enter there, such as your name, email and chosen time.
Information collected automatically
Like every website, our hosting provider receives basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. It is used to deliver the site and keep it secure.
We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed, how long visits last and roughly where visitors come from. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. We use the reports in aggregate to improve the site; we don’t use them for advertising, and we don’t sell this data. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
How we use it
- To reply to your message or request.
- To send you the Positioning Checklist you asked for.
- To schedule and prepare for calls you book with us.
- To deliver a sprint if you become a client.
We use it because you asked us to (for example, by submitting a form) or because we have a legitimate interest in answering enquiries about our services. We won’t add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the services that help us run this website:
- Vercel hosts the website.
- Resend delivers form submissions to our inbox by email.
- Calendly handles call bookings.
- Google Analytics measures how the site is used.
Each of these services processes data under its own privacy policy and may store it outside your country. We don’t sell or rent your information to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and booking details for as long as we need them to reply to you and follow up, and client records for as long as we need them for our work together and for legal and accounting requirements. After that, we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Depending on where you live, you may also be able to complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
